Il Natale è alle porte e riesco già a percepirne l’atmosfera.

La voglia di incontrare vecchi amici, le tavole imbandite, i pranzi allegri con i parenti, le sorprese, gli imprevisti….fanno tutti parte di quei giorni che si aspettano tutto l’anno.

La cosa che più amo del Natale è la voglia di stare insieme, il calore dell’amore che riempie le case e che le fa vivere sotto una nuova luce.

Io amo decorare il salotto, per renderlo unico e capace di accogliere i miei ospiti e farli vivere in quella atmosfera che solo il natale sa regalare.

Le candele di Natale Pernici, ogni anno sono mie complici, autrici e testimoni dei giorni più belli dell’anno.

La lunga storia aziendale (la cereria nasce nel 1982) e l’utilizzo di ingredienti di altissima qualità, rendono le candele firmate Pernici, delle piccole opere d’arte.

Missing just over a month at Christmas and I can already perceive the atmosphere.

The desire to meet old friends, dinner tables, happy lunches  with relatives, the surprises, the unexpected …. are all part of Christmas days.

The thing that I love about Christmas is the desire to be together, the warmth of love that fills the house and that makes life in a new light.

I love to decorate the living room, to make it unique and able to welcome my guests and make them live in that atmosphere that only Christmas can give.

The Christmas candles by Pernici, every year are my accomplices, witnesses and perpetrators of the best days of the year.

The long history of the company (the candle factory was founded in 1982) and using the highest quality ingredients, make the Pernici’s candles, small works of art.

This Christmas, I chose the candles coated with wax sheet metal and molded by hand, a technique made exclusively by Pernici since 1963, so as to make each candle unique and inimitable.

Che il web sia la nuova frontiera della comunicazione è oramai un dato di fatto.

Che l'arte, poi, si sia appropriata di questo nuovo mezzo, era inevitabile.

In linea con questo nuovo trend è il Roma Web Fest, primo festival ufficiale Italiano delle web series, che si terrà dal 26 al 28 settembre 2014, al MAXXI di Roma.

Io non vedo l'ora di parteciparvi, soprattutto perchè, quest'anno hanno dedicato una sezione ai "Fashion Film", assegnado due premi speciali di moda: il miglior Fashion Film e il miglior Young fashion Film.

Qua trovate tutti i Fashion Film in concorso e vi assicuro che tutti quanti trasmettono delle grandi emozioni: non perdeteveli!

Se poi avete la passione per il cinema e volete partecipare, affrettatevi che il bando scade il 25 Agosto!

Roma Web Fest: il festival del web! Agoprime.

Il confine tra arte e fotografia di moda, per David LaChapelle, è praticamente inesistente.

Ogni suo scatto può definirsi una vera opera d’arte e credo che, le aziende che affidano l’immagine del proprio brand a questo straordinario fotografo, cerchino una comunicazone unica e accattivante

David nasce negli USA, a Fairfiled, l’11 marzo del 1963 e sin da giovanissimo mostra la sua passione per l’arte.

Il suo primo incarico da fotografo professionista gli viene commissionato da Andy Warhol (diciamo non proprio da uno qualunque!!!) .

Io ho avuto la fortuna di vedere dal vivo delle sue opere, a Milano, qualche anno fa…….e da allora è stato amore!

Qua trovate solo alcuni scatti di Lachappelle, scatti di moda che mi hanno entusiasmato a prima vista.

The line between art and fashion photography, for David LaChapelle, is virtually nonexistent. 

Each of his photo shot can be called a true work of art and I believe that companies that rely on the image of their brands at this amazing photographer, look for a unique and eye-catching immagine.

David was born in the USA, Fairfiled, on 11 March 1963 and from an early age shows his passion for art. 

His first assignment as a professional photographer he was commissioned by Andy Warhol (not just by any one!). 

I had the good fortune to see live of his works in Milan, a few years ago and since then ……. it was love! 

Here you will find only a few photo shots of Lachappelle, fashion shots that impressed me at first sight.

Immagino che a qualcuno di voi creerà dei dubbi vedere la sirenetta con la maglietta di Marilyn Manson, Lilli che fa i propri bisogni o addirittura Biancaneve ubriaca!!

A me, fin da subito, hanno suscitato una gran simpatia e mi hanno fatto sentire questi personaggi, così legati alla mia infanzia, ancora più vicini.

Le opere di questa collezione sono numerosissime, qua ne trovate solo alcune, le mie preferite.

Guardando le fotografie di Ellen Von Unwerth, è impossibile non pensare che la Fotografia non sia una vera e propria arte.

Atmosfere surreali (quasi grottesche), spesso con riferimenti a scene di vita reale, colori rarefatti e donne bellissime: questi sono i marchi di fabbrica di questa fantastica artista.

Nata a Francoforte sul Meno nel 1954, Ellen inizia la sua carriera nel mondo della moda come Modella. 

Oggi collabora con le maggiori riviste specialiste del settore, oltre a numerosissimi fashion brand. Nel 1991 ha vinto il primo premio al festiva linternazionale della fotografia di moda.

Looking at the pictures of Ellen Von Unwerth, it is impossible think that Photography isn’t a real art. 

Surreal atmospheres (almost grotesque), often with references to the real-life, rarefied  colors and beautiful women: these are the trademarks of this great artist. 

Born in Frankfurt in 1954, Ellen began her career in the fashion world, as a Model. 

She now works with more specialized magazines in the industry, as well as many fashion brand. In 1991 she won the first prize at the international fashion photography festival

questo post nasce per rispondere a tante ragazze che spesso mi chiedono come poter creare un look rock.

A mio avviso, per essere rock e creare un outfit d’effetto, non servono ne borchie ne oggetti in pelle, ma bisogna sentirsi “rock” dentro!

Per me, un vero look rock, è quello di Gwen Stefani nel video della bellissima canzone “Don’t speak”. Nonostante portasse un vestitino a pois che se me lo metto potrei sembrare mia nonna, a lei sta così bene da incarnare per il vero spirito rock.

this post was created to answer to many girls who often ask me how create a rock look. 

In my opinion, to be rock and create an amazing outfit, we do not need to wear studs or leather items, but you have to be “rock” inside! 

For me, a real rock look is the one of Gwen Stefani in the video of the beautiful song “Don’t speak.” Despite she wore a pois dress (If a wear it I can look my grandmother!), she embody the true spirit of rock.

Guardare una sfilata di Gucci è come ammirare un susseguirsi di opere d’arte, dove ogni capo è il perfetto connubio tra la creatività di “Frida Giannini” e la storia quasi centenaria della Maison Fiorentina.

L’attenzione alle rifiniture, i colori, i tessuti leggeri e sofistcati, le linee classiche ma mai scontate, i materiali nuovi ma eleganti, hanno confermato anche per la stagione Autunno-Inverno 2014/2015 il grande senso dello stile dalla direttrice creativa di Gucci, Frida Giannini.

Romana, classe 1972, dopo la conclusione degli studi presso l’Accademia di Costume e di Moda di Roma, inizia la sua carriera lavorativa subito con successo, infatti dopo solo pochi anni d “gavetta” nel 1997 inizia a lavorare presso Fendi, prima nel settore del prêt-à-porter e poi come stilista in quello della pelletteria.

Nel 2002 passa alla casa di moda fiorentina Gucci come direttore creativo nel settore borse. Ad oggi, Frida, è il direttore creativo di tutte le linee di prodotto di Gucci. (complimenti!!!)

Io trovo che il suo stile sia impeccabile e sofisticato. Indossare una abito Gucci è sinonimo di eleganza e originalità allo stesso tempo.

per chi ancora non la conoscesse (ed è quasi impossibile), dedichiamo il post di oggi ad una ragazza che in poco tempo è diventata un vero e proprio guru del mondo del trucco: Clio Make up!

Con il suo viso solare e con i suoi consigli professionali, ha conquistato molte di noi.

Personalmente, trovo che tutti i tutorial di clio ed altresì tutti i suoi consigli (qua il link del suo blog!), siano utilissimi e facilmente applicabili. Considerate che proprio grazie a Clio ho imparato a conoscere la differenza tra un rossetto opaco e uno lucido, tra un fondotinta minerale ed uno in polvere, riuscendo così (o almeno ci provo!) a valorizzare il mio viso.

Questa mattina non avevo proprio voglia di alzarmi, ma purtroppo la sveglia mi ha letteralmente buttato giù dal letto.

Oggi vi mostro alcune immagini scattate durante la mostra “Arte fiera di Bologna“, circa una decina di giorni fa.

Per chi ama l’arte, Arte Fiera, è senza dubbio un evento da non perdere dove è possibile ammirare artisti da tutto il mondo (pensate che è anche possibile acquistare le opere!!)

La mia opera preferita è sicuramente quella della Barbie in versione obesa, quando l’ho vista me ne sono subito innamorata!
